Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your sustainable hosiery, but if they aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on stockings that have been opened or tried on.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn stockings in their original sleeve and secure them in a protective mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
